What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept free domestic T-shirts returns within 30 days of your order receipt. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. If you don’t love our T-shirts, please let us know.
To return an item for a refund or exchange, please register your request here. Note that we only accept returned items that have never been worn or washed. Shipping fees and insurance are not-refundable.
International orders can’t be returned or exchanged.
Please register your request here to arrange exchanges for qualifying merchandise. You can choose to pick a new item or size, or you can ask for a gift card instead. Note that shipping fees are not-refundable.
When will I be refunded or receive my exchange once I return an item?
Refunds will be processed once your return has been received at our warehouse—this can take up to one week. If you are returning for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. If you are returning for an exchange, we will send the requested item out to you.
How do I speak to a real person?
You can hit us up at [email protected] anytime, anywhere. You can also use the chat bar in the bottom of the site. 8:00 AM – 5:00PM (EST) (Mon – Fri) Outside of those hours just leave a message in the chat box or email us your phone number and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Teeshirtsherpa is a family-owned business founded on sustainability and ethics. That’s why we decided to manage fulfillment in-house instead of outsourcing it to big players that yet are faster and highly efficient, but don’t share our same values — and will add lots of plastics to our fully-recycled, fully-recyclable paper packaging. This means, at times, we decided to sacrifice speed for what we stand for: integrity and quality. We strive to deliver orders at your door as soon as possible and we are constantly working to improve internal processes and collaboration with couriers. However, you may occasionally experience some delays and we apologize for any inconvenience. You can always reach out to [email protected] for inquiries or concerns. We’d be glad to assist.
My order was marked as “delivered” but I have not received it. What do I do?
If your order has been marked “delivered” but you have not received the shipment, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at [email protected]. We’ll be happy to look into the issue for you.
When your order ships out you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the progress of the shipment. If you have any additional questions about the status of your order, feel free to contact us via email.
My tracking has stopped updating. What do I do?
If you are having an issue with the tracking for your order, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] and we will be happy to look into the issue for you.
My order is a gift. How do you make it special?
If your order is a gift and you would like to add a note to it before it ships out, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] before placing the order to arrange for the note to be added. We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and also provide several additional payment options at checkout including PayPal, Stripe, Visa, MasterCard.
I received an incorrect or damaged item. What do I do?
First, please accept our apologies! Then, contact our customer support team at [email protected] and we will be happy to resolve the issue for you right away.
I received an incomplete order. What do I do?
If you received an incomplete order, we truly apologize! Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] and we will be happy to resolve the issue for you right away.
How do I cancel or edit my order?
Once an order has been placed, it is unlikely that we’ll be able to cancel or edit it before it ships. Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] and we will do our best to meet your request.
The product I want is currently out of stock. What do I do?
If the item that you would like to purchase is currently out of stock, email us at [email protected] and we’ll notify you as soon as it becomes available.
I forgot to apply the first purchase discount code on my order. What do I do?
If you forgot to apply our first purchase discount code to a qualifying order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at [email protected] and we can apply it to your order retroactively.

What’s the difference between a Classic T-Shirt and a conventional T-shirt?
Our shirts are super soft, designed to flatter, and far more durable than traditional T-shirts. We think of our T-shirts as a fashion statement—not just a basic piece of clothing.

Our shirts are handcrafted and embroidered, and a healthy dose of quality control goes into each product. We’re so certain that you’ll love your T-shirt that we offer risk-free returns at no cost to you.

Why is organic cotton important?
Organic cotton is free from harsh pesticides and GMOs, is not grown in a way that destroys the soil, and uses 70% less water than conventional cotton. Less than 1% of the world’s cotton is organic. Learn more about why organic cotton matters
What does GOTS-certified mean?
Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibers. Their certification includes ecological and social criteria, and is backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain. The certification standards are very high and we constantly ensure that we meet and exceed these standards.

Does lightweight fabric really make a difference?
We certainly think so.If you’ve ever tried on a cheap, starchy, stiff T-shirt, you’ll notice how breathable and lightweight organic fabric can be. Please note that due to the lightweight nature of the fabric, white and lighter-colored T-shirts are somewhat more sheer than a traditional T-shirt.
We use garment dye that’s free from harsh chemicals.
The dye house uses Dyestuff. It’s efficient and sustainable, including certifications with GOTS, Cradle-to-cradle (on certain dye stuffs) and compliance with state and local laws. Dyestuff and chemicals pertaining to our industry has come a long way in general, proving it to be more efficient, and free of anything on the restricted substance list (RSL).
Our white shirts are dyed ultra white to prevent yellow underarm stains.
Yes! Each of our shirts is pre-washed and pre-shrunk so you’ll never have to worry about surprises on laundry day. Your shirt will retain its size and fit wash after wash.
To keep your shirt looking its best, we recommend machine washing cold with compatible colors and tumble drying low. Please don’t bleach! Our whites are dyed ultra-white so you that you don’t have to bleach.
Order a smaller size for a stylish fitted look or a larger size for a looser, more casual fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend ordering up.
What if the shirt I order doesn’t fit?
We want your product to be your new favorite. If the product you receive doesn’t fit, we offer 100% risk-free returns and exchanges with free return shipping.
